SHIPPING

• All items ordered from the chamelees’ official online store will be safely double-packaged in a box after the signiture packaging.
• We offer 20 USD flat rate shipping worldwide via FedEx and DHL for orders over 300 USD.
• Wordlwide shipping includes USA, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Canada, Hongkong, Japan, China, France, Italy, Singapore, Sweden,Spain, and many more.
• Price of the item includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities. You will not need to pay any further fees when the package is delivered to your country.
• Domestic shipment will be made within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays while internation shipment will be made in 5-10 business days.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

• To track your order, Login > My Account > Order History. or simply click the Order Tracking button at the bottom of the page.
• If you ordered as a guest without creating an account with us, you can track your order with the order number provided in the order confirmation email.

DELAYS ON DELIVERY

• If you have not received the product different than the order delivery status or your shipment is being delayed too long, please contact KR Post Office with your tracking number.
• If necessary, please feel free to contact our staff regarding shipping by email under the “Contact” section.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Products purchased from the chamelees’ official online store can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt of the product only if they are undamaged and unused.
• You must contact to cs@chamelees.com for returning or exchanging the purchased item.
• Please be aware that if the product is sent back to us without any notice to our representative, your return can get denial.
• For international customers,we do not provide the return shipping. The cost of return shipping as well as import duty & VAT will be deducted from your refund.
• The refund procedure can only be processed by the purchaser with a receipt.
• You cannot return or exchange pre-order or special-order product.
• You cannot return or exchange if there is severe damage to the package or the item.
You will be refunded within 14 business days after a confirmation of your return and if you have paid by credit card, we will cancel credit card approval to prevent payment from being charged.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please send your name and order number to cs@chamelees.com as soon as possible and our representative will help you with the cancellation
Return or exchange due to customer’s change of mind, please ask for return or exchange within 14 days Inquiry.
